A space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel at home in your mind and body. Surrounded by nature, it's a calm refuge from the busyness of daily life — a place to feel grounded and arrive back to yourself.
All group classes are kept to six people or fewer, so you get the level of guidance and attention you need.
Drawing on over ten years of teaching and practice, I blend vinyasa flow, hatha, and restorative yoga. My intention is always the same: to help you feel supported, energised, and more connected to yourself.
